Nika Niksefat has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. In 2012, Nika worked as an Administrative Assistant at M.Y Immigration Services. From 2013 to 2014, Nika served as a Store Manager at a Convenient Store and also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ryerson University, where they conducted research on damage-resistant materials for chopper rotors. In 2014, Nika worked as an Engineering Co-op at KB Racking, focusing on AutoCAD drafting and data analysis. From 2014 to 2017, Nika held various roles at Honda Canada Inc., including Engineering Consultant and Engineering Intern, where they contributed to process improvements and cost savings. From 2017 to 2019, Nika worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Meggitt, designing manufacturing processes and tooling. In 2019, Nika joined Northrop Grumman as a Test Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Engineer. Nika Niksefat completed a Master's degree in UX Design at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University, attending from 2012 to 2017. Nika also attended Sunway Highschool from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Canadian International Diploma in Math and Physics.
