Megha Mehrotra

Megha Mehrotra has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Megha is currently working at EcoSoul Home Inc. as the Head of HR | Hire-to-Retire, where they are responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits, providing coaching and mentoring, and serving as a liaison between staff, executives, and the CEO. Prior to this, Megha worked at Rockwell Automation as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they headed the POSH Committee and supervised employee lifecycle processes. Megha also has experience as a Human Resources Officer at Fluor Corporation and as a Human Resources Team Lead at Aon. Additionally, Megha worked as a POSH Trainer independently.

Megha Mehrotra has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Delhi University. Megha also holds a High School Diploma in 10th & 10+2 from RAMJAS PUBLIC SCHOOL.
