Samantha Hardwell

Samantha Hardwell is the HR Manager at Ecosurety. Samantha has been with the company since January 2015 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were an HR Advisor with the company.

Samantha has also worked as an HR Associate with The International Baccalaureate. In that role, they were responsible for payroll, time and attendance, absence management, HRIS, and health and safety administration. Samantha was also involved in the consultation and negotiation with the trade union and employee forum in relation to terms and conditions of employment. Additionally, they assisted in the areas of recruitment and selection, and employment relations.

Samantha Hardwell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Cardiff University.

They work with and Paula Falgate - HR Administrator. Samantha Hardwell reports to Luke Hutchison, Head of HR.
