Laure Morice has a diverse work experience in roles related to environmental studies and development. Laure started their career as an Engineer in Environmental Development at SpecialChem in 2004 before moving on to work as a Environmental Mission Manager at Cray Valley in 2005. Laure then joined Ernst & Young as an Experienced Consultant in Environment and Sustainable Development from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Environmental Development Engineer at Valorplast before taking a personal project role. From 2011 to 2018, Laure was the Head of Studies and Risk Prevention at Récylum. Their most recent position, starting in 2018, is as the Head of WEEE flows and reuse studies at ecosystem.

Laure Morice's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques to pursue a degree in Chemistry. Laure studied there for three years, completing their degree in 2002. Following this, Laure furthered their education at McMaster University between 2001 and 2003, earning a Master of Science degree with a focus on Polymer Processing. Later, in 2005, they attended Mines Paris for one year and obtained a specialized Master's degree in Engineering and Environmental Management (ISIGE).
