Fanny Giansetto is a Maître de conférences at Université Paris 13 since 2019, specializing in commercial law and private international law, with research interests in climate litigation, corporate environmental responsibility, and sovereign debt. Fanny co-founded ecotable in 2017, a label and community promoting sustainable dining by helping environmentally responsible restaurants. Additionally, Fanny serves as a spokesperson for Notre Affaire à Tous and as a consultant for Sherpa, advocating for legislative changes concerning environmental violations by corporations abroad. Fanny's academic roles also include teaching positions at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Université Cergy Pontoise, alongside previous engagements at various French universities. Fanny holds a Doctorate in Laws from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as multiple master's degrees in international private law and international business law.
