Sharlene Sallet

Sharlene Sallet is an accomplished finance and business operations professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Business Operations at EcoTarium since November 2021, Sharlene previously held the role of Finance and Accounting Manager at Insource Services, Inc., managing client engagements for small to mid-sized nonprofits. As Business Manager at Teachers21 from 2013 to 2019, responsibilities included securing substantial revenue, enhancing organizational processes, and managing audits and financial reporting. Sharlene's prior roles also encompassed consulting positions across various organizations, as well as serving as Executive Director for the Feline Adoption & Rescue Society, where operational and financial infrastructures were developed to support animal rescue initiatives. Sharlene holds a Master of Management in Human Services from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
