Juan Pablo Boza

Juan-Pablo Boza, BS, MBA, currently serves as CFO at ECOTIERRA, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Juan-Pablo was a Managing Partner at Emedos Capital Advisors from 2018 to June 2020, and held the role of CFO at Oben Group and INMOBILIARI between 2016 and 2020. Additional experience includes serving as VP Finance at Gloria from 2012 to 2016, Director of Corporate and Investment Banking at BNP Paribas in 2010, and roles at Banco Santander and Canadian Western Bank. Juan-Pablo began career in structured finance at Banco de Crédito BCP from 1995 to 2003. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Ivey Business School, an Independent Director Program in Corporate Governance, and a Magister en Administracion from ESAN Graduate School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
