Carol Lazzarelli

Carol Lazzarelli currently serves as Responsable Pôle Qualité at Ecotone, focusing on supplier quality and consumer services since January 2023. Prior to this role, Carol worked at DNV GL - Business Assurance from July 2008 to January 2023, holding positions including Food & Beverage Project Manager and F&B Scheme Responsible for Southern Europe, where responsibilities included the technical management and enhancement of food and beverage schemes. Carol holds a DESS CAAE in Enterprise Management from IAE de Poitiers, an engineering degree in Agro-industry from ENITIAA - Nantes, and is a certified FSSC v5.1 Trainer, having pursued this qualification since March 2022.
