Jaclyn Pittman

Jaclyn Pittman has a strong background in human resources. Jaclyn currently holds the position of Human Resources Consultant (Head of HR) at Ecotrak Facility Management Software and JP Advisory, LLC since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SCS Engineers from October 2015 to December 2020, holding the roles of Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits and Compensation Analyst. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Health Dimensions Group from November 2014 to August 2015, and at SOS Metals- A Precision Castparts Corp Company from July 2011 to November 2014, where they performed various HR tasks such as recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, HR policy administration, and compensation analysis.

Jaclyn Pittman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Management Concentration and HR Specialty from California State University-San Bernardino. Jaclyn completed their degree between 2009 and 2011. In addition to their degree, Jaclyn also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2015.
