Ray Mulligan

Ray Mulligan has extensive experience in logistics and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Compliance and National Logistics at eCourier since December 2003. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing clinical and medical logistics and distribution, ensuring compliance with LGV and O License regulations, and managing storage, distribution, and warehousing functions. Ray Mulligan is also a NEBOSH Accredited Health and Safety Advisor and has expertise in financial, administrative, and HR functions. Prior to eCourier, Ray Mulligan worked as a Contract Manager at TNT from January 1999 to December 2003.
