Yomi Akosile is an experienced professional in client relationship management and customer care, currently serving as the Head of Client Relationship at eCourier since August 2020. Previously, Yomi held multiple roles at CitySprint from June 2016 to August 2020, including Customer Care Manager for On the dot, where management of a 15+ seat multi-channel customer care team was a key responsibility, and general Customer Care Manager, focusing on team integration and staff development. Yomi's career in customer service began at eCourier from May 2010 to June 2016, progressing from Customer Service Advisor to Customer Service Manager, where daily operations and training program implementation were key areas of focus. Yomi holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Advertising from the University of East London, completed in 2006, and has prior education from Barking & Dagenham College and Royal Docks Community School.
