Delphine Lafleur

Delphine Lafleur has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Team Leader and previously in various senior roles at EcoVadis since April 2016. Responsibilities include assisting managers with people management, recruitment, training, and compliance with HR processes for a workforce exceeding 350 employees in Mauritius. Prior to EcoVadis, Delphine held roles at Accenture as an HR Clerk, managing administrative support for recruitment processes, and at TNT as an Office Administrator and HR Admin Support, where office operations and regulatory compliance were key focuses. Early career experiences include positions as a Secretary Architect and Purchasing Officer. Delphine holds a BSc(Hons) in Human Resources Management from Université des Mascareignes and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Charles Telfair Institute.
