Pete Rau

Pete Rau is a seasoned professional in sustainability and solution consulting, currently serving as the VP of Solution Consulting at EcoVadis since July 2013. At EcoVadis, Pete leads a team dedicated to empowering customers to take significant actions on sustainability across their value chains through insights derived from EcoVadis' solutions. Previous roles include Director of the Center of Excellence, where Pete focused on enhancing collaboration with customers to mitigate risks and improve environmental and social outcomes, and Operations Manager, overseeing supplier analysis and stakeholder engagement. Pete’s career includes experience as a Senior Sustainability Analyst and a Sustainability Analyst for organizations such as the Association of Climate Change Officers and VOX Global, along with teaching and advocacy roles early in their career. Pete holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Environmental Studies from Boston College.
