Debra Antonelli brings over 24 years of strategic and tactical human resource management experience, including recruitment strategies, compensation analysis and plan design, employee relations, management training and development, job analysis, and performance management. At Ecovative, Debra creates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that yields an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes initiative, empowerment, quality and productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Debra graduated the University at Albany with a degree in Biology and pursued her MBA at The College of St. Rose. Debra is a Certified Compensation Professional, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. For over 10 years, Debra served as a board director for the Capital Region Human Resource Association and the Capital Region Recruiters Network, including holding the position of Board President for both organizations. Currently Debra serves as a board director for the Women’s Employment and Resource Center. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, World at Work, CRHRA, CRRN, and the NYS Business Council. Debra has served as guest speaker for area organizations and programs, including Albany Legal Administrators, Executive Manager Training Program, Job Service Employer Committee, New York Charter Schools Association, American Payroll Association, CRHRA, United New York Ambulance Network, Northeast Subcontractors Association, NYS Dispute and Resolution Association, and local Human Resource and Chamber Associations.
