Associate Research Scientist at Ecovative Design

Hazel joined the Ecovative Design team in 2019 as a Research Associate and works now as an Associate Research Scientist. Before joining the team, she worked on ecological research projects in the rainforests of Ecuador, on the sandy beaches of Cape Town, South Africa, and in the ponds in Hartford, CT around Trinity College, where she ultimately earned her B.S. in biology. Hazel harbors a love for the outdoors, good books and fuzzy pajama pants, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
