Yann Cocatrix

Yann Cocatrix has over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. Yann began their career in 2006 as an Expert Technical Level 2 at Orange, where they were responsible for finding ways to enhance the Quality of Service (QoS) of ADSL lines. Yann then moved to Iliad/Free in 2010, where they were a Project Coordinator and developed an information system tool for field technicians. In the same year, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Validation Engineer. In 2013, they co-founded Busybee.io, a collaborative platform based around a Crowdfunding platform. Yann was also the 2nd place winner of the Startup Weekend Nantes. In 2017, they became the CTO of Finple and the IT Systems Director of Écovélo, a public advertising and bike-sharing company. At Écovélo, their mission was to design, develop, and maintain the information system around the bike-sharing solution called "Titibbike". This solution consists of a micro-service API (serverless python), a dashboard (angular), and a white-label application for bike rentals (Ionic). All development, both in terms of IT and mechanics and embedded electronics, is done in-house.

Yann Cocatrix completed a two-year university course at IUT de Cachan in Electronic and Industrial IT from 2003 to 2006. Yann then pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Télécom Lille from 2006 to 2009.
