Kolja Guzy has extensive experience in integration, compliance, and corporate development, currently serving as Integration and Compliance Manager at ECOVIS International since May 2014. In this role, Kolja facilitates the integration of new members into the network structure, oversees compliance with corporate identity, and supports quality management efforts. Prior roles include Expansion, Integration and Compliance Manager and Project Assistant in the Executive Office at ECOVIS International. Previous experience also includes a position as a student assistant at the Konfuzius-Institut Metropole Ruhr and an internship at BENTELER Engineering in Shanghai. Kolja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Economics and English Linguistics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, with additional studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
