Sara Andrews is a Chief People Officer (CPO) and trusted board advisor with extensive experience in people strategy, cultural change, and organizational design across various sectors. Currently serving as the CPO at Ecovyst, Inc. and as Director at Sara Andrews Consulting, they have a proven track record in driving transformative change and enhancing organizational efficiency. Previously, they held significant leadership roles at Acacium Group, where they guided the people function during a private equity transition, and at Mettis Aerospace, where they implemented cultural transformation initiatives. Sara holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Management, and a Master’s in Manufacturing Management & Technology.
