Avadhoot Mohite

Avadhoot Mohite has a diverse range of work experience in different organizations. In 2013, they started as an HR Assistant at Indiana Gratings Private Limited where they handled time office, recruited contract labors, and managed personnel files. Avadhoot then had a concurrent internship at Uttam Value Steels Ltd, where they received practical training in HR management and employee relations. In 2016, they had a summer internship at Tide Water Oil Co. (India) Ltd, where they focused on legal compliance. In 2017, they had multiple government organization placements, including working at Labour Welfare offices in Nagpur and learning about MH welfare boards and worker facilities. Avadhoot also worked in Labour Commissioner Offices, where they learned about government machinery and labor laws, and industrial and labor courts, where they gained arbitration and case filing experience. In 2018, they worked at Thermax Limited for a short time on block placement, and then at VR precision for mechanical components manufacturing. Currently, they are working as an Executive HR & IR at Ecozen Solutions.

Avadhoot Mohite completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Subhadra Education Societys S.N.B.P.College of Management, Morwadi, Pimpri, Pune 411018 between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Labour Studies from RLI Nagpur branch of MILS Mumbai, specializing in Labour Laws & Human Resources. Avadhoot also possesses a higher secondary education (HSC) from Azad Junior College and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics from Krishna College Retare BK. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as an MH Govt. Certified Welfare officer in September 2018 from MH Govt.
