Pramod Majety

Pramod Majety has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pramod started their career at L&T Infotech as a Software Engineer in 2007. After that, they worked at Source Pilani as the Head of Operations & Business Development, where they played a crucial role in the early stages of the start-up and focused on recruitment, training, and project implementation. In 2010, Pramod joined Intellecap as a Senior Associate in the Management Consulting division, where they primarily worked with foundations to set up for-profit ventures. In 2014, they took up the role of Operations Manager at SEED Edu. Corp., where they worked on various aspects, including operations, academics, and marketing. During their tenure, they developed operational processes and an assessment tool to improve concept retention in primary school mathematics. In 2016, Pramod became the Vice President of Operations at CapAleph Advisors before joining Ecozen Solutions in 2018 as the Product Management Head.

Pramod Majety completed their M.E in Biotechnology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani between 2002 and 2007. Pramod also pursued a Chartered Financial Analyst - Level III degree from CFA Institute, USA, although the specific duration of this education is not provided.
