Radhika B.

Radhika B. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Radhika is currently working at Ecozen as the Head Human Resources, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, from September 2019 to May 2021, they were the Founder of Exemplars India.

Before starting their own venture, Radhika worked as the Head Human Resources at Solitaire from March 2018 to September 2019, and at Aeon Market Research Pvt. Ltd. from September 2017 to March 2018.

Their previous roles include Lead Organisational Development at Secure Parking from February 2015 to August 2017, General Manager Human Resources at Rohan Lifescapes from March 2010 to June 2013, and Organisational Development at Lodha Group from January 2007 to March 2010.

Radhika also has experience as a Training Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from May 2005 to July 2006, and as a Training and Development Specialist at Firstsource from 2003 to 2005.

Radhika B. completed their Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Life Coach Certification from Symbiosis Coaching in the USA. Radhika also pursued a NLP Practitioner Certification in 5th Element, specializing in Nuero Linguistic Programming. In 2019, they furthered their education by completing a Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching and Psychotherapy program from ICHARS - Institute of Clinical Hypnosis And Related Sciences. Additionally, Radhika has also completed a NLP Master Practitioner program in 5th Element, focusing on Neuro Linguistic Programming.
