Sarah Mueller

Sarah Mueller has a diverse work experience in people operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, talent and organization development, and recruitment. Sarah currently holds the position of Director, People Operations & Talent Acquisition at ECP since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Leadership Development Trainer at Interfirst from February 2021 to January 2022. Sarah also served as the Head of Talent & Organization Development at One North Interactive from January 2019 to May 2020, Manager of Talent Development from April 2016 to January 2019, and Talent Coordinator from March 2014 to April 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter at Guaranteed Rate from July 2013 to January 2014, and as the Human Resources Department Supervisor at Toys R Us from June 2012 to June 2013. Sarah started their career as a Public Relations Assistant at L'Oréal in June 2011.

Sarah Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in the years 2008 to 2012. Sarah then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University between 2016 and 2018.
