Karen Marando

Karen Marando is an accomplished academic leader with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as the Dean of Arts & Sciences and Program Director at ECPI University since April 2019, Karen has previously held significant roles including Assistant Professor at Argosy University, where responsibilities included teaching undergraduate business courses and supervising adjunct faculty. With experience as an adjunct faculty member at The University of Akron and Malone University, Karen has taught a range of subjects from organizational staffing to psychology. Additional teaching roles at Geneva College and as an assessor for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County further highlight Karen's diverse expertise. Karen earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and holds a BS in Psychology from Geneva College.
