Michelle Dakas Paul MSN, RN currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health, where responsibilities include managing nursing staff and enhancing patient care protocols. In addition to her role at Raleigh Oaks, Michelle is a Professor of Nursing at ECPI University, teaching various nursing courses and leading curriculum initiatives to ensure student success and accreditation readiness. Previous experience includes management positions in emergency services at LifeBridge Health and Bon Secours Health System, as well as a significant tenure at Sentara Healthcare, where Michelle played a key role in establishing a free-standing emergency department. Michelle holds a Master's in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University and is a graduate of Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing.
