Victoria Niederhauser

Victoria Niederhauser is currently the Dean and Professor at the College of Nursing at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where responsibilities include overseeing a $20 million budget and managing 120 faculty and staff. With a strong focus on patient experience through involvement with the Executive Advisory Board at the Beryl Institute, Victoria has played a significant role in leadership and strategic initiatives throughout a distinguished career in nursing education. Previously serving as Associate Dean and Academics at the University of Hawaii School of Nursing & Dental Hygiene, Victoria successfully led multiple program evaluations, strategic plans, and accreditation efforts while increasing student enrollment by 30%. Additionally, Victoria held the position of Executive Nurse Fellow at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, fostering leadership in nursing. Educational credentials include a DrPH in Public Health from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an MSN as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Boston College.
