Joel Nobel

Joel Nobel is the Founder and President Emeritus of ECRI Institute, a position held since the organization's inception in 1968. With a medical degree in Medicine & Surgery from Thomas Jefferson University, obtained between 1959 and 1963, and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, earned from 1956 to 1958, Joel Nobel also completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science at Haverford College from 1952 to 1956.
