Burt Aycock

Burt Aycock is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Resources at ECR Software Corporation since June 2019, where responsibilities include acting as the product owner for the back-office component of the retail software suite. Previously, Burt held the role of VP of Software Design at ECRS from 2008 to March 2021, overseeing business requirements, design, usability, and the company's patent portfolio. Additionally, Burt was an Adjunct Instructor of Business Writing at Appalachian State University from 2016 to 2019. Burt earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Appalachian State University and a Master of Arts in Technical & Professional Communication from East Carolina University, along with certification as a Scrum Product Owner from The SCRUM Alliance in 2021.
