Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tech Firefly, Recruitment Consultant at QX Ltd., Technical Recruiter at IMS People, and Senior Operations Executive at TTEC. Vedika holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
