Dan Buck

Dan Buck, PE, has extensive experience in building science and engineering. At the University of Washington, Dan served as a Teaching Assistant, directing a lab class on powder processing and ceramics. Dan held key positions at Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., first as Senior Consultant and then as Associate Principal, where leadership in air barrier consulting and testing for Department of Defense projects was a primary focus. Other roles include Building Envelope Consultant at JRS Engineering and Building Science Technician and Specialist at BCRA, contributing to building forensics and testing. Dan's career includes project management responsibilities at BEE Consulting and Trinity | ERD, alongside earlier experience as a Residential Framer and Structural Engineer Intern. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by a Pre-Engineering degree from Tacoma Community College.
