Oscar Merida is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal Geotechnical Engineer at ECS Limited since May 2022, Oscar previously held various leadership positions at Froehling & Robertson, Inc., including Director of Geotechnical Services, Branch Manager, Geotechnical Group Manager, and Geotechnical Staff Engineer/Drilling Manager from January 2003 to May 2022. Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, also with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering, from Drexel University.
