Shea Johnson

Shea Johnson serves as the Code Compliance Department Manager at ECS Limited since March 2022, leading a southeast regional team in code compliance while focusing on business development, risk management, and technical oversight. Additionally, Shea has been the Senior Project Manager and President at KMF Builders Inc. since December 2008, overseeing general contracting for residential and small commercial projects from inception to completion. Previously, Shea held the position of Senior Fire Inspector at the Ventura County Fire Department from April 2007 to March 2022, where supervision of the Engineering and Development Unit within the Fire Prevention Bureau was a primary responsibility.
