Rafael Zapata Grau

Rafael Zapata Grau is a Technology Specialist at ECS Solutions, Inc. since August 2019, where the focus is on understanding client requirements to design and implement automation solutions. With a strong background in Batch Process and Industrial Process Automation, particularly with Rockwell Automation products, Rafael has held various leadership roles, including Technical Leader during freelance consultancy and at Rockwell Automation from November 2010 to October 2017, where projects were modeled and developed using the ISA 88 standard. Additional experience includes positions at Indelec SAS and GF Ingenieria, involved in programming PLCs and developing automation projects. Rafael obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has further educational experiences at Colegio Berchmans and ISA Colombia.
