Jason McPherson

Jason McPherson is an accomplished warehouse general manager with extensive experience in optimizing operations, implementing automation, and driving growth in diverse settings. Currently serving as Warehouse General Manager at ECS Tuning since January 2022, Jason leads a team of 150 and oversees multi-million-dollar logistics functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Previously, Jason held positions such as Industry Consultant at GLG, Warehouse General Manager at Pepperidge Farm, and Warehouse Operations Leader at HEB, where strategic planning and budget management were key responsibilities. Jason also has a background in military service with the US Army and has developed a strong foundation in operations management from earlier roles in transportation and retail. Jason holds multiple Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace University.
