Joseph Kuchera

Joseph Kuchera is a mechanical engineer with experience as an Associate R&D Design Engineer at ECS Tuning since October 2021. Previously, Joseph worked as a Production Engineering Co-op at D&W Diesel Inc., where responsibilities included reverse-engineering components, improving production efficiency, and ensuring ISO certification compliance through tool calibrations and documentation updates. During a stint as a Teardown Analysis Co-op at Cummins Inc., Joseph led investigations into catastrophic engine failures, analyzing plant data and conducting material checks. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2021.
