Paula Newman

Head of Managed Services Account Management at ECSC

Paula Newman has had an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Paula began their career in 1997 at IMS Health, where they worked in client server support and customer management. Paula also participated in a graduate training program as an IT specialist.

In 2000, Paula joined NASDAQ OMX as an account manager and support manager for Europe. Paula stayed with the company until 2004 before moving on to 4sight Financial Software as an account director for Europe.

In 2009, Paula joined Open GI, where they served as a principal account manager until 2017. Following their time at Open GI, they joined ECI Software Solutions as a strategic account manager for Europe and later became the head of sales for distribution in Europe.

Most recently, Paula joined ECSC Group plc in 2020 as the head of managed services account management.

Throughout their career, Paula has gained valuable experience and expertise in account management, sales, and customer support.

Paula Newman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies, specializing in BA (Hons), from the University of the West of England. Paula attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
