Ashley Olson

Director, Client Success at EcSELL Institute

Ashley comes to Ecsell Sports with an extensive background in athletics, growing up as a volleyball coach’s daughter and an avid volleyball player herself. She even followed in her parent’s footsteps by becoming a high school volleyball coach in 2015, and she’s been coaching ever since.

Ashley’s love for learning and growth led her to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a degree in Agricultural Education-Leadership in 2019. She spent two years at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, working as the project coordinator of Project Ag Aware: SBIRT in Agricultural Work Settings. In this position, she conducted valuable research, which she used to help educate agricultural workers about substance abuse and mental health.

Ashley refers to her position at Ecsell Sports as her “dream job” because it combines her passions of athletics, education and building a more positive student-athlete experience. Ashley’s background as a coach’s daughter, an athlete and a coach herself provides her with a uniquely empathetic relationship with the clients she serves. Her favorite part of working at Ecsell is interacting with people across the nation who share her joy in bringing about the personal and professional growth of coaches.

Ashley resides in Minden, Nebraska, with her husband Andrew and two golden retrievers. Outside of Ecsell, you will likely catch Ashley playing, watching or coaching just about any sport – from volleyball to golf to pickleball – helping out on the family farm, walking her dogs, or enjoying the great outdoors.
