Prior to this role, Anderson Mercer held the position of Supervisor of Physician Recruitment at Vidant Health for six years, where significant achievements included leading recruitment efforts for various health institutions and developing strategies for the East Carolina Heart Institute. With a foundational career as a Physician Recruiter at Vidant Health and experience in pharmaceutical sales at Forest Laboratories, Anderson Mercer has cultivated strong relationships within medical communities and possesses extensive expertise in recruitment and public relations. Anderson Mercer holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Public Relations from East Carolina University.
