Diane Hatfield, RN, BSN, MA, CPHQ, has over 36 years of nursing experience, currently serving as a Quality Nurse Specialist III and NDNQI Site Coordinator at ECU Health since October 1987. Diane has held various roles, including Quality Liaison for Adult - Cardiac, Surgical, Medicine, and Cancer services at Vidant Medical Center, and has also worked in multiple capacities within Behavioral Health Services and surgical units. Prior experience includes a temporary role as a Clinical Instructor at Johnston Community College and nursing positions at Duke Raleigh Hospital. Diane holds a Master's Degree in Human Services and Business Management from Liberty University, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from East Carolina University, and an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Johnston Community College.
