Scott Respess

Scott Respess currently serves as the Manager of Patient Care Services at ECU Health, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrator at PruittHealth from June 2021 to March 2023, and holding various roles at Vidant Health from February 2014 to March 2023, including Registered Nurse and Assistant Nurse Manager. Scott Respess holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and a Master of Business Administration, both from East Carolina University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Business minor from the same institution.
