Jan Kleine-Lasthues

Jan Kleine-Lasthues currently serves as Global Chief Operating Officer at ECU Worldwide, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jan accumulated extensive experience at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics from April 2012 to December 2024, where various titles included Chief Operating Officer - Airfreight, Global Head of Airfreight, Global Vice President for Hellmann Marine Solutions and Cruise Logistics, and Branch Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Aerospace Division at SDV Geis GmbH from January 2000 to March 2012, along with roles in seafreight and sales. Jan began logistics training as a Trainee at Heinrich Dehn International Spedition GmbH in 1996 and worked briefly in seafreight import at Birkart Globistics in 1999. Academic qualifications include degrees in Betriebswirt and Verkehrsfachwirt from Akademie der Hamburger Verkehrswirtschaft.
