Iskender Gunusen

Iskender Gunusen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Iskender began their career in 1998 as a System Engineer at Netsoft Bilgisayar Sistemleri, where they worked with high-end servers and storage systems running Windows operating systems.

In 2001, Iskender joined Netsoft Bilgisayar Sistemleri Ltd. Sti. as a Technical Services Manager, responsible for reorganizing the services support department. Iskender then moved on to T-Systems Türkiye in 2002, working as a System Support Specialist and playing a key role in delivering high-quality data center services based on the Microsoft platform.

Iskender's career progressed further when they joined Microsoft Turkey GTSC team in 2003 as a Technical Support Engineer, providing expertise in Exchange Server and messaging solutions. Iskender improved their troubleshooting skills and learned advanced techniques during this role.

In 2005, Iskender transitioned to Microsoft Consultancy Services as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they primarily focused on leading platform rationalization for enterprise customers and improving their IT maturity while creating business value. Iskender delivered numerous successful projects using Microsoft's innovative technologies.

In 2011, Iskender transitioned to a new role in Microsoft's Enterprise Partner Group as a Technology Solutions Professional. Iskender focused on enterprise customers to innovate business solutions using Microsoft datacenter technologies.

In 2013, Iskender joined Eczacıbaşı Holding as an Information Technology Manager, responsible for messaging, systems, and unified communications. Iskender set corporate standards and policies for the group's IT department and delivered several centralized IT services to all Eczacıbaşı Group entities.

Currently, Iskender is working at Eczacıbaşı Bilişim as the Director of Corporate Solutions, a position they assumed in 2022.

Throughout their career, Iskender has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, architecting IT systems, delivering centralized IT services, and implementing new technologies. Iskender is a results-driven professional with a focus on providing competitive value to business units and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and corporate standards.

Iskender Gunusen has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, which they obtained from 1994 to 2000. Iskender later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at Yeditepe University from 2010 to 2016.
