Pilar Ramos

Pilar Ramos is a Learning Innovation Coach at Ed Farm since October 2021, specializing in educational technology and instructional design. Prior experience includes serving as an Emergency Management Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard from May 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities involved disaster management and training oversight. Pilar also held various roles at Agnes Scott College, including Director of Development Operations and Development Operations and Project Manager, focusing on project management within higher education. In addition, experience as a User Experience Researcher/Intern at BB&T and a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology highlights a strong background in user experience and educational research. Earlier, Pilar served as a Mental Health Technician in the United States Air Force, where innovative approaches to mental health support were developed, and worked as an Office Assistant at Morgan & Morgan Attorneys at Law. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College, a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Augusta University, and ongoing studies at the Community College of the Air Force.
