Jennifer Childress

Jennifer Childress is a graduate of Rice University and the University of Texas School of Law. She is the author of The Texas Legal Handbook on Student Bullying, and is also co-author to many of ED311’s school law charts and handbooks. Jennifer edited the Legal Digest Newsletter for over 10 years and programs the speakers and topics for the conferences and workshops. She is also an associate of Walsh, Gallegos, Trevino, Russo & Kyle P.C. where she defends school districts in litigation matters involving employment, constitutional, and civil rights issues.
