Karissa Czepiga

Karissa Czepiga is a Culture Coordinator at EDA Contractors, Inc. since November 2019, responsible for promoting the EDA culture through innovative initiatives, leadership development trainings, and fostering a welcoming environment for employees. Prior to this role, Karissa spent over eight years at The College of New Jersey, advancing from Assistant Manager to Manager of Conference and Event Services, where responsibilities included event management, logistical coordination, and staff supervision. Previous experience also includes serving as the Coordinator of Student Activities at Mercer County Community College, focusing on program development and budget management, and as an Associate Scientist at Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, conducting laboratory research. Karissa holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
