Bonnie Timms Hagemann has a long and varied career in executive development and organizational consulting. Bonnie began their professional career in 1999 as a Regional Consultant for CPP, Inc. In 2001, they became President of Character of Excellence, LLC, a full-service organizational firm of senior-level consultants. In 2007, they became the CEO of EDA, Inc., formerly known as Executive Development Associates. In 2012, they founded SurveySaurus, a technology survey platform, and became Board Chair. Bonnie also became a Board Member and Past Board Chair of Amigos de Fe in 2012. In 2018, they became Co-Founder and Co-Chair of WomenExecsonBoards, a global network of 190+ women from 23 countries. In 2020, they became a Council Member of Exponent.

Bonnie Timms Hagemann has an extensive educational background. Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1989, followed by a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1992. In 2016, they received a Certificate in Women on Boards from Harvard Business School Executive Education. In addition, Bonnie has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including the National Association of Corporate Directors, Zig Ziglar Corp, Qualifying.org, the Protocol School of Washington, Executive Development Associates, Lominger International, Association of Psychological & Type, CPP, Inc., and Pearson TalentLens U.S.
