Dikesh Chokshi

Dikesh Chokshi has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Dikesh currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at EDA, Inc. starting from 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Quaeris, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. During their time at Quaeris, they streamlined the user onboarding process, implemented bulk processes for enterprise clients, and led the revamping of the UI/UX. Dikesh also managed the offshore development timeline for the mobile version of the platform.

Before joining Quaeris, Dikesh worked as a Strategic Advisor at Halestreet Investments, LLC from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they reinstated acquired IP from eHarmony Inc's culture matching SaaS application, managed on-shore/off-shore development for cost optimization, and brought in subject matter experts to upgrade the platform for Diversity & Inclusion.

From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Management Consultant at EPIC Engineering & Consulting Group, LLC. Here, they played a key role in building consensus among the CEO, Product Manager, and Technical team for a near-term MVP. Dikesh also re-architected a software system using their analytical skills.

From 2015 to 2017, Dikesh worked as a Software Development Consultant at Infinite Computer Solutions/ IBM. Dikesh successfully led a large team in delivering an application for Volcano Bay at Universal Orlando Resort. Dikesh also conducted solutioning sessions to optimize user experience and prioritize enhancements.

Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Mercer, where they worked as a Principal from 2011 to 2014. Dikesh served as a Subject Matter Expert, leading process optimization initiatives and providing technical and business guidance. Dikesh also played a crucial role in creating cross-functional relationships to deliver TalentSim globally.

Dikesh's career started in 2000 when they co-founded Censeo Corporation, later acquired by Mercer. Dikesh served as the Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for creating various platforms using .NET, C++, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, AJAX, and the JavaScript technology stack. Dikesh'swork on TalentSim earned recognition as the Top Product of the Year by Human Resource Executive Magazine.

Dikesh Chokshi's education history is as follows:

Dikesh Chokshi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from Gujarat University, starting in 1981 and ending in 1984. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Gujarat University between 1986 and 1987.

Later, Dikesh Chokshi attended Colorado State University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Dikesh Chokshi also obtained various certifications. In 2014, they received Coursera Verified Certificates for completing courses in Gamification, The Data Scientist's Toolbox, R Programming, and Getting and Cleaning Data. In 2017, they obtained certifications in Bluemix Essentials and Blockchain Essentials for Developers from IBM. Finally, in 2020, they received the Data Science Foundations - Level 2 (V2) certification from IBM.
