Laura Kiernan

Laura Kiernan has an extensive work experience in the field of investor relations. In 2002, they began their career as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Board Liaison at Playtex Products. Laura then moved to Terex in 2008 as the Director of Investor Relations. In 2011, they were the Director of Investor Relations at Harry Winston. In 2013, they joined WWE as the Director of Investor Relations, where they developed and led a global investor relations strategy for the $1B company with ~$4B market cap. Laura then joined Ubiquiti Inc. in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, where they established a clear roadmap for investors and advised the C-suite on investor relations and corporate and banking strategies. In 2021, they founded Raising Millions and Everybody Water, where they served as the CEO and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Additionally, they became a Board Member and CFO of EDA, Inc. in 2021. In 2023, they became the President of Kei Advisors LLC. Throughout their career, Laura has provided transformative investor relations and IPO readiness for micro, small, and mid-cap companies.

Laura Kiernan's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Laura then obtained a Masters in Finance & Strategy/Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business between 1995 and 2000. In 2018, they obtained a Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director from Harvard Business School. In 2020, they obtained a Strategic Steps for Growth from NYU Stern School of Business. Laura is currently enrolled in a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at LaGuardia Community College and an EMBA Venture Capital & Private Equity program at Columbia Business School, both of which they began in 2022. Laura also holds certifications from FINRA and the National Investor Relations Institute, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of New York.
