Saundra Stroope

Saundra Stroope has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Leadership & Organization Development fields since 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they were the HR Talent Management, Training & Organization Development Manager at Northrop Grumman. In this role, they managed a department for a division of 1,000 employees in 3 locations, and was responsible for succession planning, employee engagement survey, change management, leadership assessment, and high potential development processes. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Intermountain Healthcare as the Human Resources Manager, leading all aspects of HR for 45 clinics of 1,230 employees and physicians. From 2018 to 2021, they were the HR Global Sr People & Organization Development Consultant at FLSmidth, where they were a strategic consultant guiding change that shaped the company’s culture in more than 50 countries. Saundra then became the Sr Learning & Organization Development Coach at RainFocus from 2022 to present, designing the leadership and professional development strategy, budget, and curriculum with the executive team in a rapidly growing global environment. Finally, from 2019 to 2021 and 2022 to present, they have been the CLO / Sr Leadership & Organization Development Consultant at EDA, Inc., managing a consulting business offering custom leadership development, career development, change management, team inclusion, strategic planning, and talent management services.

Saundra Stroope has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
