Hossein Rahmati

Hossein Rahmati is a Mechanical Engineering professional with a diverse range of experience in industry and research. Currently serving as a Consultant in Industrial Solutions at EDAG Group, Rahmati specializes in virtual commissioning, Digital Twin, and digital production. Previous roles include a Research Student at Mercedes-Benz AG, where a Mixed Reality extension for virtual commissioning was developed, and an Intern focused on the virtual commissioning and simulation of robot installations. Additional contributions were made at the Institut für Gebäudeenergetik, Thermotechnik und Energiespeicherung, where research centered on grid-supporting buildings. Rahmati also has experience in quality control and automation processes through positions at QMatrix GmbH and ISW University of Stuttgart, respectively. A graduate of the University of Stuttgart with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree from Iran University of Science and Technology and a high school diploma from Sampad.
