Takeshi Yamasaki

Takeshi Yamasaki is a seasoned professional in commercial management with extensive experience in the publishing and information services industries. Currently serving as a Commercial Senior Manager at Edanz since January 2019, Takeshi has a robust background that includes multiple roles at Springer Nature from January 2006 to December 2018, such as Account Development Manager and Executive Licensing Manager, as well as senior positions in Springer Japan. Prior to this, Takeshi held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Swets Information Services from June 1994 to December 2005 and worked in the Department of Transmission Technology at International Digital Communication from April 1990 to May 1994. Takeshi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, earned between 1986 and 1990.
